This Internet Merchant Account is a temporary holding account, but will allow you to specify a settlement account into which you deposit all funds processed for each business day. Through the use of the Internet Merchant Account, DOKU never actually holds fund on your behalf, but instead allows the acquiring banks to process them directly into your own account.
Your Internet Merchant Account MUST be Internet specific, and CANNOT be the same as your EDC terminal.
