  • Responsible for Fintech Customer Service and Operational Support
  • Highlight main issues from all touch points and escalate to related department

  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Min. 1 years working experience in Customer Service, Call Center or Walk in Center Operations from Fintech, Telco or Service Industry
  • Customer service management
