Descriptions

1. Carry out administrative & documentation tasks such as:

  • Make a photocopy of a document if asked bu other department or division
  • Scanning all of the original documents in which will be filed into filing cabinets
  • placing the original documents into plastic bag and bantex
  • Naming the bantex files in accordance with the document
2. Coordinate the file deliveries with the messenger:
  • Make a receipt form  of the documents that will be delivered 
  • scan all document that will be delivered including its receipt form
  • make a record of all outgoing and received documents
  • Provide a stamp of receipt (date/time) on received documents
3. Make a record on the recap report of the correspondence letter, cooperation agreement, & amandement in a computer
4. Coordinate with general affairs (GA) department to send the documents out of town (via JNE/TIKI) and  overseas (via DHL)
5. Responsible in coordinating with the company's legal officers



Requirements

  • Final year or undergraduate students in any related major (Legal, Law, etc.)
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Eager to learn, quickly adapting to a new environment
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Good communication skill
  • Willing to work on office hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM)
